There are currently about 75 million Baby Boomers alive right now. Not only are there a lot of them, but they are currently in a spending stage of life. They are know for being both hard workers, and big savers. But now that they have reach retirement, this generations has the means to spend.

You may be quick to think that Baby Boomers are a generation that is adverse to digital marketing, but they are more tech savvy than you think. About 60% of Baby Boomers read a blogs and online news as a source of information, and 70% watch videos when they want to know more about a product or service.
They Are On Social Media
Baby Boomers spend about 27 hours per week online. They are on at least one social media site, and predominantly use Facebook. The key statistic for marketers to note here is that this generation is 19% more likely to share content on social media sites than any other generation.
