Mass Renewables
THE CHALLENGE
A solar company in Central Massachusetts wanted to increase their market share in the solar industry, increase visibility in their business area and showcase their product line to a wide range of consumers that may have an interest in the renewable energy market.
THE STRATEGY
Based on internal research and strategy, we implemented a top to bottom funnel campaign strategy that included Search Engine Marketing, Paid Social Media Lead Generation campaigns and YouTube TrueView video advertising.
THE RESULTS
Over 1-million yearly impressions delivered to the custom target audience interested in solar energy. The Client has seen year over year increases in website traffic of at least 15% each year. In addition, “Contact Us” website submissions throughout the year have increased 97.87% since their campaign began.

THE CHALLENGE
Local home improvement company wanting to generate leads/customers during the Spring and Summer seasons. Primarily promoting Trex decking.
THE STRATEGY
Holistic digital marketing strategy (paid search, display, social media, sponsor content, video) targeting homeowners, home improvement intent audience, and construction professionals within Hampden, Hartford, and Tolland Counties.

Over 1.3 million impressions delivered to custom target audience since April 2020. 89% increase in website traffic year over year during peak season in first year of partnership
National Grid
THE CHALLENGE
Utility company wanting to raise awareness about the benefits of switching to energy efficient gas heating equipment and available rebates on water heaters, furnaces, and boilers.
THE STRATEGY
Targeted display and video ads running within National Grid service area in Massachusetts on Masslive.com promoting available rebates.
THE RESULTS
Over 4 million impressions delivered to custom target audience since July 2022. Average CTR of 0.17% (benchmark 0.10%).
The city of Stamford
THE CHALLENGE
Covid was still causing a lot of fear, but the city needed a way to reach residents and share the importance of the US Census.
It was imperative for us to create messaging in English, Spanish, Portugese, Polish, Haitian, Creole, and Vietnamese.
THE STRATEGY
Our ability to target those ads to groupings of zip codes was vital. MassLive Media Group also created a montage video that we served to targeted audiences on YouTube to drive the message.
THE RESULTS
The campaign was a huge success and helped increase census responses by more than 21%.
- Static ads on various websites that showed a CTR at 213% of benchmarks
- Click through rate and 100% view rate on the YouTube video were at 175% and 148% of benchmarks respectively
